Rare vintage Japanese Geisha portrait photograph. A fine copy of the vintage, double-weight silver-gelatin print of an authentic Japanese Geisha, NOT a model. The portrait was taken by an unidentified professional studio photographer "in situ", at the Geisha's workplace, with evocations of Nature.

The tonally rich and luminous print is breathtakingly beautiful. Taken during the early second-half of the 20th century, it has lost none of its luster. The print measures 7.0 X 9.0 inches.

It is mounted on pristine-white stock paper. Framed in original lacquered Japanese bamboo.

Full frame size is 12.5 X 15.0 inches. Enclosed in its own protective plastic wrappers. Please do not ask me to remove the print from its sheet.
