Rare Antique Japanese Kagamibuta Netsuke & Embroidered Tobacco Pouch

Original hand made item in beautiful condition. It has its original Kagamibuta Netsuke of natural material with Iris flower insert (Natural smooth grain) In very good condition. The white metal chains that attach to the pouch has a small old wire repair see photos. The pouch is beautifully hand embroudered with iris and white wisteria on a blue ground. The colours are still very strong and it is very clean for its age.

There is a white metal spray fixing the clasp through the flap. The edges are trimmed in leather, this is showing its age but its still very good. Inside is lined with pale blue moleskin suede (i think its leather but not sure).

Some slight staining to the inside but nothing major. The closure hooks closed and well.

The pouch is 9cm x 13.6cm. The netsuke is 5.3cm across. Any questions please feel free to ask.
