I have hung on to this for years and do not, nor have ever had, the door. Mine stands approximately 16" tall all together and is approximately 17" across. It comes apart in four pieces. The base has three feet , an unusual cut out pattern and is raised with what looks to be a drain hole.

There is a hook where the door would once have been. The largest cover portion is beautifully raised with ridges to sit on the base and ridges to rest the cap on.

The cap has three small crack lines (see picture). It weighs a hefty 22.5 pounds. And has rust as shown. Please check out each and every photo as part of the description. I have taken a photo of each side.
