Big Rare Pair Kingfisher Birds, Poppy Plant Silver Wire Japanese Cloisonne Vases

Huge Pair of Rare Subject Matter Japanese Cloisonne Vases. Silver Wire was used in certain areas of the Vases and is decorated with Birds including the Kingfisher, Poppy Plants, and other Foliage. This was made in Japan in the Late Meiji Period (January 25, 1868 - July 30, 1912).

Listing is for the pair of vases (you get both). Silver Wire used in certain areas of the Vessel. Elegantly enameled Plants and Flowers (including poppy plants), along with Flying Birds (including the Kingfisher Bird). Vessels contain Footed base with Abstract geometric and Floral Elements within the Upper and Lower Borders.

It is about 12 inches (30.48 cm) Tall and with large Diameter. Despite these being Great Display pieces. Both these pieces have normal and typical signs of wear from age and light scratches, along with crazing and random enamel flaking from age, as well patina. One vase, the left one, has enamel losses and dents in those areas wit (see photos). The right vase is in good shape despite typical signs of wear from age and light scratches, along with crazing and some areas of random enamel flaking from age, thats hard to see.
